Modernizing a cornerstone of Narrowsburg's Main Street - The Arlington Hotel

TRW has been awarded the historic Arlington Hotel project in Narrowsburg, NY.

This project, spearheaded by the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA), marks a significant milestone in the preservation and modernization of a landmark building that has been central to the community since its construction in 1894.

The Arlington Hotel, a four-story wooden structure, has been a cornerstone of Narrowsburg's Main Street, playing a pivotal role in the town's economic revitalization through the efforts of the DVAA. The building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, requires extensive interior and exterior renovations to modernize its facilities for expanded arts programming and to provide universal accessibility.

This project is funded in part by a grant from the Division of Historic Preservation (DHP) in the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation through Title 9 of the Environmental Protection Act of 1993. The firm's commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency will be integral to the renovation process, ensuring the building's long-term viability and reduced environmental impact.
