TRW Welcomes Renowned Preservation Architect Matthew K. Scheidt, AIA to the Team

With a distinguished career marked by the restoration of local and nationally significant historic buildings, Matthew brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our firm.

Matthew's portfolio is a testament to his dedication and skill, highlighted by notable projects such as the revitalization of Thomas Jefferson’s iconic Rotunda at the University of Virginia, the meticulous restoration of Cincinnati Union Terminal, and his outstanding work with the National Park Service, including the Vanderbilt Mansion Exterior Restoration.


With his unique blend of project management prowess and preservation skills, Matthew will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in reinvigorating and preserving existing and historic structures.

Prior to joining Thaler Reilly Wilson, Matthew served as an associate and project manager at John G. Waite Associates, where he honed his craft and built a reputation for excellence in the field of architectural preservation.
